Frank Guida Frank Guida, BFA, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Illinois. He has been a drawing teacher for more than 25 years, working at the Pelham Art Center and for the New Rochelle School's Continuing Education Program, as well as instructing art seminars for the Westchester Parks and Recreation Department.
