|Candace Thompson is a performer and interdisciplinary media maker fascinated with the feedback loops generated by place, culture, identity, climate, economics, and daily human interaction. She makes video, audio, web projects, and installations, and as a freelance video producer and editor she has made music videos, documentaries, and experimental narratives. She is currently receiving her MFA in Integrated Media Art from Hunter College, is a More Art Engaging Artists Fellow, and is working on a project centered around urban foraging, remediation, and humanity's ever-evolving relationship with the urban wilds.|
