|Lydia Paradiso is currently a PhD student at the City University of New York and NYBG. Her research focuses on Larix (Pinaceae), a genus of deciduous conifers. She previously received a MSc in Biodiversity and Taxonomy of Plants from the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh. Lydia is passionate about science education and communication, and has experience teaching in both formal and informal settings.|
